Collaboration
Our multidisciplinary team of laboratory scientists and clinical specialists with expertise in the fields of molecular immunology, bioinformatics, ion physics/mass spectrometry, structural biology, cell manipulation, immune regulation, immune response, and clinical vaccine trial design and implementation is working together at the CVC.
New technologies, specialized core facilities, and state-of-the-art equipment support this research effort and related clinical trials. Innovative tools are used for discovery, development and monitoring results of treatment in patients enrolled in our clinical trials, including:
- immunologic monitoring
- vaccine and cellular delivery systems
- nanotechnologies
- approaches for immune regulation
- screening capabilities through genomics and array proteomics
- specialized databases
Services
The CVC invites researchers and clinicians who are involved in cancer immunotherapeutics at DFCI and affiliated Harvard institutions to become involved in future cancer vaccine trials. The CVC also invites collaborators to utilize our services and available infrastructure in the following areas:
